Whispers of the wind ch. 4

After Bird collapsed, Tera carried her to the bed. She was probably in a lot of

stress.

It was raining a lot at that moment, just like back then...

"Well, my brother surely likes to make this dirty work for him." Horos noted as he looked his

victim laying on the floor. Horos had attacked a woman and killed her, on Kaius' orders.

&In that same apartment, there was a picture.

A picture of Bird and that woman.

Bird had no memory of that person anymore.

The next day, it was not raining anymore, yet the weather was a bit cloudy. The sun was somewhere behind those clouds.

♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪

♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪

Bird was upstairs spending her time by playing the violin. One thing she was really good at even though she did not play much.

Tera could hear the music downstairs where he was standing.

♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪

♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪♪♩♪

It was a sad tune, but beautiful. Bird always played sorrowful music, she did not really know anything else. Even so, her music was quite mesmerazing.

Later afternoon, as Bird went downstairs, she saw Tera standing in front of the kitchen. She walked towards him.

"About yesterday, let's forget about it. I had a bad moment."

Tera did not say anything, as usual.

"I guess you helped me to get into bed too..." Bird continued, but as she did not get an answer out of him she turned around to leave.

"I'm going to do some

exercise, are you coming?" she asked while Tera did not say anything.

"Well, I thought you should be there watching over me, you know...In case

I jump from the window or something..." Bird continued as Tera just looked at her, but she knew he could not stay there after what she said.

And so he soon followed her upstairs.

But he stayed at the side. Not looking at Bird while she was doing some stretches.

Bird noticed that too. It was like he did not even want to look at her.

"Hey, you." she noted then.

"Can you look at me?"

But as Tera did not answer her, it started to irritate her.

"Did you not hear me? I won't ask twice." Bird said then with a very serious tone using her power.

& so soon Tera did as Bird told him. She stood a few steps away with a

demanding look on her face.

"Come here." she said.

"I'd like to train with you. Because I might need to defend myself any moment.

You can be my enemy, how about that?" Bird suggested.

"Fight me."

Tera did not say anything.

"I said fight me." Bird repeated.

"I am not allowed to do that. I have orders to only guard you." Tera finally answered with a calm tone.

"Is that so?" Bird noted while she was feeling a little hot.

"Well I won't tell anyone, you have my word. So.." she scoffed as she

lifted her leg up towards Tera saying

"Fight me!"

But he really did not even move.

"Come on, fight me!" Bird raised her voice as she was getting a little frustrated at him for not doing anything.

He just looked at her without expression, or at least she didn't know how to read it.

"You won't fight me? Well I won't stop until you do,

let's see who wins!"

Bird noted and suddenly she ran towards Tera with all her strength.

And they fell into the floor...

"How about this then? What you gonna do now? I got you." Bird said as she was laying on top of Tera with all her weight holding his hands.

"Now fight me!" Bird demanded

and she was reaching to his mask when he grabbed her hands trying to defend himself from her, she was quite aggressive, but Bird didn't give up until....

suddenly Bird was laying under him defendless and a bit startled.

Tera had flipped her over just like that and she really could not move. There was a moment of silence as they were staring at each other.....

Sul sul! I've finally updated the wotw, sorry it took so long. I updated 2 chapters, (i'm late from my schedule) I know they're a bit short. But next sat. I'll update again. Sul! :)
