Whispers of the wind ch. 11

After his performance, Rajiv was at the backstage relaxing and smoking, not much giving

anything a thought.

when Camila approached him. They knew each other from a few years

back. They had met each other casually every now and then..

Camila walked closer to him, as he didn't notice her at first.

"I know it's been awhile, I just saw you on the stage, you were awesome." Camila said

a moment later.

"Yes, it surely has, so why are you here?" Rajiv asked

"I was going to ask you the same, everyone is out there, why are you sitting here alone?"

Camila asked. "Well, I just needed a moment alone..Now, why are you here?"

"I think you know why I'm here..It's been awhile you know, &I was wondering if we could

hang out later today?"

"Mmm, I don't think so.." Rajiv answered, he knew that what she meant by "hanging out".

"Why not?" Camila asked with displeased look on her face as Rajiv's focus went elsewhere

as he saw Bird

And also Camila turned around looking at her for awhile

"What is she doing here?" Camila thought to herself, she didn't like Bird much.

The reason for that? Simple, she had gotten Rajiv's attention. Of course Camila

had noticed, ever since the woman came around, Rajiv had not been interested in

meeting her anymore.

She did not know what exactly was the deal between them

two but she knew that Bird was no good for Rajiv.

And as she stood there silent, looking at them, It annoyed Camila so then she turned around back to Rajiv kissing him infront of Bird, taking Rajiv completely by surprise.

Bird looked at them two still not saying a word.

"What are you doing?!" Rajiv asked as he pushed Camila away from him.

"A friendly kiss.." she answered, though it was far from friendly.

"You gotta be kidding me."

Rajiv sighed and soon he noticed that Bird had already left.

"Who cares, it's not like you are together with her or anything, she's the worst kind

of woman for you anyway, she does not care about you." Camila said then.

It may have been true, but it didn't change much.

As Rajiv came upstairs, he didn't see Bird anyywhere anymore, she probably left,

that woman always left without words.

"There you are, I had been looking for you..." Enzo said as he found Rajiv

R="Have you seen Bird perhaps?"

E="Bird,, no... I haven't seen her.. She was here?"

R="Yep, I just saw her..I need to find her..."

E="Well I didn't see her, what's the matter anyway? We were thinking of going to

a party Darruko's friend is having, &they want you to come also.."

R="I need to find Bird first, maybe then.."

E="Or maybe just let her be you know.. She'll come around." Enzo said,

well maybe.

But Rajiv was not gonna wait for that.

He tried to call her, he visited her place, she was not there, it was getting really late and he started

to get upset.

Again this woman did that to him. It was frustrating...

In the evening as Rajiv went to his own place. He looked at the picture he had of him

and his mother who lived far away from him.

He soon heard someone approaching him, he knew

who it was already.

"I've been looking for you anywhere.." Rajiv sighed.

R="Why didn't you answer the phone when I tried to call you?"

He asked then as he turned around. "You know it's quite selfish the way you behave. It's not the first time

you do this.. You disappear and then you come back like nothing has happened."

R="If it's about Camila..."

"It's not about her.. I know she doesn't like me.." Bird said as she had seen Camila

kiss Rajiv, but she didn't think much of that.

"So what is it? "

B="Nothing.. I am here now, for you.."

"For me? Christ woman..." Rajiv grunted as she was really standing there with barely any clothes on.

"Are you...Angry?" Bird asked as she was not sure and she didn't really understand him, but his facial expression seemed to be displeased.

"I am frustrated.. You are frustrating me.. It seems like you treat me like a fool,

you come and go as you please and I'm sick of it. "

He looked irritated, Bird could read his face that much, she suddenly felt like she was not wanted there.

"I will leave then, if you want.." Bird said as she turned around to leave.

Rajiv sighed, "What I want, you have no idea..."

and soon he stopped Bird by pushing her against the window

"I didn't say you could go anywhere woman.." he said as he held her hands

"This is what I mean, you coming and going as you please." he continued,

"But tonight you will stay, I won't let you leave, do you understand?"

he asked as he held Bird tightly by the hands.

"Yes." she answered softly, she didn't resist at all.

And they had sex again..

until they both reached their climax..

...and after that they both didn't say anything,

Rajiv kept holding Bird tightly while she was on top of him

and she just looked at him silently. She was not sure what she was feeling..

In the evening, Bird had a dream.. It was clearly Tera, in her dream.

She could only see the back of him...

until he turned around...

but his face...It looked

horrible, his eyes were different..

"Te-ra?" she mumbled as he had turned around,

he didn't say a word as then suddenly Kaius attacked him from behind

it was definitely Kaius.

"No..No...Plea-se..." Bird weeped

and she woke up Rajiv who was laying beside her

"No.." she continued weeping as she saw Kaius killing Tera,

it was definitely him..

"It is..Your..Fault.."

she heard him saying with a horrible voice and then he screamed with blood on his lips and Bird was getting more restless

"You killed him." Kaius continued.

"It was you."

"No, no!!" she

screamed in her sleep when Rajiv touched her hand

"Hey, it's okay..."

"No...No..." Bird continued and Rajiv grabbed her closer to him

saying "shhh, everything is okay...It's a dream..." he said softly

while holding her against him for awhile..

She still kept weeping, but

she started to calm down..

The next morning, Bird went outside for a swim, she could remember that

nightmare well.

It wasn't the first time she had seen it,

it came to her dreams

from time to time,

ever since she had left that place.

She was haunted by it, by them, even in her dreams...

In the evening, Rajiv walked Bird home

"Next saturday, I'm preforming at Studio, you're coming right?" he asked.

"Huh...I.."

"I hope you would come.. It would mean a lot to me that the people

who are close to me would come.." Rajiv continued

"Huh?" Bird was a little startled by his words, she didn't know what

he meant.

"Haha, don't look so surprised, I'm telling you I like

you.. Also, I was thinking, maybe we should really date.."

"D-d-ate?"

"Yeah...You don't have to answer now, I'll let you think about

it..We've been meeting for awhile know and even though you

do upset me, I don't want to stop seeing you, I can't

stop seeing you so I guess that means I have

to hold on to you.." Rajiv confessed and Bird was really confused

as he kissed her gently on the lips,

she really couldn't say anything...

At the same time.....

Kaius was staring at the portrait of Bird as Horos

walked behind him.

K="Any news that might interest me?"

H="Not really."

K= "Maybe you should try harder.."

H= "Or maybe you should just give up.."

K= "No, I won't

give up until she's back here.

"Well maybe she's dead.." Horos stated and then

Kaius turned around

"Careful, with your words.." He noted with a calm tone.

"I'm just saying there's a possibility for that brother.." Horos said

K="I know you might hope for that, considering what you did to her back then..."

H= "I'm no worse than you brother,

the reason she left in the first place was

not me but you, or maybe that loyal servant dog who bit you in the end.."

K= "Enough."

"That is dealt with.

What matters now is that you bring her back here where she belongs, that is your only job. So do it properly." Kaius noted..

&A week later:

Rajiv was performing late saturday night at a nightclub "STUDIO" and

Bird was there watching him, with Kaur and Naomi.

As expected, Rajiv's dancing and singing was good and

captivating, but in the middle of it all, something else captured Bird's attention suddenly

as she saw something that made everything else around here fade just like that.....
