"You think you're protecting someone by coming here?"

Bird remembered Neri's words as she looked her reflection from the mirror.

The people she wanted to protect..

Rajiv,

Tera,

her friends in Luana...

Tears fell down on her cheeks just by the thought of them.

M="Did you think that you leaving Luana would keep them safe?"

She had not been able to protect them...

But...

She was going to do anything she could to protect them now.

Early in the morning, she went back to the hill, hoping to get more answers, and there she met Horos again.

"Oh, why are you so quiet? You have not missed me at all?" Horos asked

as Bird did not really say anything.

There was not much to say.

She always had felt scared of him before, but now

she didn't feel that way anymore.

The only thing she was scared of, was not being able to protect her friends, & the people she cared about.

H="Oh well not me, but I'm sure you have missed your friend that we came across just lately..In the island... You know...the singer..."

H="What was his name..?"

"Wh-o do you... m-meean?" Bird asked

H="You seem curious, so you do know who I mean.."

"Please, do not hurt him.."

Bird pleaded.

"Oh dear,

tell that to my brother will you, if he hasn't killed him already..."

Horos continued

while Bird felt her heart sinking..

The next morning,

as Tera went to upstairs, and didn't see Bird there

he knew right away that something wasn't right.

T="Where is she?"

M="You mean Bird? Well I don't know.."

T="What did you tell her?"

M="Nothing that she should not know..She's an adult now,

not a little girl who ..."

T="She's in danger."

M="And you aren't?"

T="It doesn't matter..."

T="I promised to protect her.."

M="It does matter, for me. "

M="I know, that your loyalty towards her is extraordinary, but

I won't allow you to hurt yourself while trying to protect her any longer."

M="You need to let her go now, Tera."

Later...

In the dark castle, Kaius was using his powers on Rajiv,

he was caused him to feel extreme pain,

until...

"No! Please don't!!!Stop!"

Bird shouted when she saw them,

and as soon as he heard her voice, Kaius dropped unconscious Rajiv on the ground.

And there was a moment of silence

before Kaius turned Bird's way,

he didn't say anything,

but his eyes,

they were so scary, so scary.

"You."

he said while he took a step closer and

Bird fell down the ground.

"have been a really bad girl."

& he grabbed Bird's face in his hands as tears streamed down on her cheeks.

K="How dare you disrespect me like that?"

K="I looked for you everywhere to the point I felt like I was losing my mind.."

K="You deserve a punishment for what you did my, little Bird,

but first..

We'll have talk.."

"Just us."

He said

& he held Bird's face in his hands and she couldn't really to anything as he used his magic on her so that she was unable to think straight at that moment.

He made her mind blank

so she couldn't even worry for Rajiv who was laying on the floor.

Lome just stood at the back, silently.

"You have disobeyed me greatly."

Kaius said with calm voice

as Bird approached him.

K="And for that I should kill you.."

"Just kill me..I deserve to..die.."

Bird said with teary eyes,

"No.." Kaius answered.

"Pl-ease, just kill me, just do not harm him, he's innocent..." Bird continued, she meant Rajiv, she worried for him greatly.

K="No.."

K="You will live.."

K="I figured the best punishment for you is to stay alive.."

K="I will keep you by my side."

"And as for your friends..."

Kaius continued,

B="Please don't hurt him.."

K="Well..."

K"That.."

K="Would be up to you, dear Bird."

K="You know that, right?"

K="So..."

K="Whether you want to live here or die here.."

"Make a wise decision."

Kaius said before he walked away

and Bird
